Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas medium, ripe, mashed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (slightly melted)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (coconut, room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup milk plant based
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar or white sugar
  • 1 cup apples (peeled and diced)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan
  • Combine the coconut oil, coconut yogurt, and plant based milk. Mix well.
  • Mix in bananas.
  • Add in dry ingredients.
  • Fold in apples.
  • Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes.
