- 3 bananas medium, ripe, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (slightly melted)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (coconut, room temperature)
- 1/2 cup milk plant based
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar or white sugar
- 1 cup apples (peeled and diced)
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan
Combine the coconut oil, coconut yogurt, and plant based milk. Mix well.
Mix in bananas.
Add in dry ingredients.
Fold in apples.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes.
