Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece toast sourdough preferred
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 5 mushrooms cremeni, shiitake
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 avocado ripe

Instructions
 

  • wipe and prepare your mushrooms. Slice them thinly, about 1 cm
  • heat a thin layer of olive oil in a medium pan over low-medium heat
  • place your mushrooms in the pan. Arrange them so they don't overlap
  • Once they start to cook and shrink in size, flip them over carefully
  • once fully cooked, slide them to the edge and up the pan a little to make room for the next batch of slices (if applicable)
  • once all your mushroom slices are cooked, add your minced garlic, sea salt and red chili flakes and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat
  • Butter your bread, if desired.
  • And your avocado mash, followed by mushrooms, followed by vegan cheese and your spices and herbs
  • Enjoy!
