Blueberry Yogurt Lollies

Wild blueberries are the star of the show with these cold yogurt lollies!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup blueberries Boiled down to make 1/4 cup juice
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream vanilla
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt dairy free
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 tsp purple powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Run it through a blender or immersion hand blender until smooth
  • Adjust spirulina and purple powder to get desired colour
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
  • Let it freeze for an hour, until slightly set. Add popsicle sticks and place back into the freezer until completely frozen
