Blueberry Yogurt Lollies
Wild blueberries are the star of the show with these cold yogurt lollies!

- 2 cup blueberries Boiled down to make 1/4 cup juice
- 3 tbsp coconut cream vanilla
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup yogurt dairy free
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tsp purple powder
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
Run it through a blender or immersion hand blender until smooth
Adjust spirulina and purple powder to get desired colour
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Let it freeze for an hour, until slightly set. Add popsicle sticks and place back into the freezer until completely frozen
