A delicious and healthy granola to use for your breakfast meals!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup pecans chopped, any nuts would do
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup medjool dates chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • In a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toasted and lightly browned
  • let it cool on the tray then toss it and break apart
  • Store in an airtight container or bag
