- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup pecans chopped, any nuts would do
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup medjool dates chopped
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
In a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toasted and lightly browned
let it cool on the tray then toss it and break apart
Store in an airtight container or bag
