Ingredients
  

  • 3 mangoes red mangoes, julienned
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers julienned
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanuts chopped, optional or cashews

Dressing

  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 lime zested
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruits and vegetables into a bowl
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing
  • Toss everything together with the dressing and top with the chopped nuts
