The Workshops
Chia Pudding Workshop
Are you wary of eating chia pudding because you’ve had it before and it tastes like gloop? Are you feeling un-inspired because you just don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning but you want something that tastes good AND is good for you? Join me as we create the most luxurious jars of chia pudding that will leave you inspired to make your own!
Here’s my chia pudding recipe page
You will learn to make:
- Fool proof chia pudding that will be perfect every time
- Avocado Mousse
- Healthier granola
Energy Balls Workshop
Ever feel like the energy balls from the stores are just not giving you the satisfaction nor curbing your hunger or your sweet tooth? Why not make your own with ingredients like dried fruits, chocolate, protein powder, dates and nuts? Join me as we learn how to make delicious energy balls that have protein and sweetness.
You will learn:
- how to make 5 different types of energy balls
- make them tasty with a variety of ingredients
- dip them and colour them with food powders
Raw Snickers and Bounty Bars Workshop
My favourite thing to make. It’s sweet. It tastes better than the real Snickers or Bounty Bars and can be stored in the freezer. Say goodbye to nonsense chocolate bars and say hello to your new best friend – a raw chocolate bar with wholesome ingredients.
You will learn:
- how to use berries, nuts, alternative sweeteners and colour (food) to make enchanting bars like the ones below
- say goodbye to chocolate bars from the grocery store!
- how to make raw bars with compote, coconut shreddings (bounty) and peanuts (snickers) that are refined sugar free.
Imagine what it would feel like to:
- Make delicious things at home with confidence
- Bring creativity and food together in the comfort of your home
- Feel comfortable AND confident about what you’re eating
- Feed and nourish your soul
- Engage with your children and show them better options that are healthier and delicious!
Sounds good? Amazing! Let’s do this!

Here’s a comment from someone who took the workshop with me last month:
"I honestly loved how informal it was - I'm normally more shy and quiet but the informality of the workshop made me feel comfortable.. also the Pilates portion was not intimidating.. it was just perfect - wouldn’t change anything - it was warm and comfortable and fun and social with a perfect mix of ladies!"
FAQ
How long is this workshop?
I’ve given the workshop approx 3 hours. You may be done earlier or it may be a bit later. Just depends on the pace of the course and how much you want to put into the details.
Why are we doing Pilates in the middle of making food?
Movement and food is just part of the wellness triangle (food, movement and mind wellness). It’s important to move our muscles and joints to feel good. We also need a break for the food to freeze or come together.
I’m new to vegan food – do I need any experience?
No, you’re good! I will teach you the step by step to make everything. Vegan food is just as tasty as regular things with dairy and eggs. You won’t notice the difference.
I’m new to Pilates – will I be okay?
Absolutely! Everyone is new to Pilates at some point. You’ll quickly learn and your body will simply love the movements.
Do I need anything else for this course? A yoga mat?
No, I’ll provide everything. My basement has carpet and you don’t need a mat nor any supplies for the food portion.
What kinds of things are we going to be using?
Depending on what you make, we will be using a food processor. You’ll be using a variety of ingredients like nuts, oats, chia seeds, vegan yogurt and milk.
If you have any other questions please email me!
Are these recipes gluten free? Nut Free?
It’s gluten free but not nut free. We will use nuts in the raw bars and the energy balls. The energy balls do have an option of being nut free however.
